Abstract
Focuses on how to bring forward large and complex housing developments, as part of the efforts to increase housing supply. Presents the results of several case studies commissioned by the ODPM which examined sites that had already delivered significant levels of housing completions and sites that had housing potential but were failing to deliver. The aim of the case studies was to identify the 'lessons learnt'.
