Abstract
Incidents that happen in schools, or during education activities out of school, must be reported to the HSE under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR). This information sheet gives practical advice to schools on what they need to report and how to do it.
