Abstract
The NHBC Standards give the technical requirements, performance standards and guidance for the design and construction of dwellings acceptable to NHBC.
Document History
Major changes in this edition include the introduction of Chapter 1.2, A Consistent Approach to Finishes (existing guidance updated and allocated its own chapter), and the complete revision of Chapter 8.1, Internal Services. Comes into effect 1 September 2006.
