Does not set prescriptive standards but provides recommendations and guidance for use when assessing the adequacy of fire precautions in offices and shops for compliance with fire safety laws coming into effect by October 2006. Also provides recommendations for the fire safety management of the premises. Intended for all employers, managers, occupiers and owners of offices and shops.
