Abstract
Describes progress made since the Energy White Paper was published in 2003, specifically over the 12 months prior to February 2006 towards: cutting the United Kingdom’s carbon emissions; maintaining the reliability of the UK’s energy supplies; promoting competitive energy markets in the UK; and reducing the number of people living in fuel poverty in the UK.
