Abstract
Looks at the current energy performance of existing stock, examines the technical measures and cost-effectiveness of improving existing stock and considers which types of dwellings will obtain the greatest carbon savings. Looks at the characteristics of the dwelling stock and how carbon emissions can be reduced by 2050.
