Abstract
Intended to provide guidance to duty holders (generators, distributors, suppliers, meter operators) on their responsibilities contained in the Electricity Safety, Quality and Continuity (Amendment) Regulations 2005, and to clarify necessary actions for duty holders to demonstrate compliance with the Regulations. Covers protection and earthing, substations, underground cables and equipment, overhead lines, generation, and supplies to installations and to other networks.
