Abstract
Forms the reference guidance that details the credit requirements under BRE’s EcoHomes Scheme. Designed for use by individuals trained and licensed as assessors under the scheme, and will be used in conjunction with the EcoHomes Developer Sheets (completed by the developer) to calculate the EcoHomes rating.
Document History
Superseded by the Code for Sustainable Homes (documents issued by DCLG) for new housing in England, but still applies to all housing in Scotland and Wales, and refurbished housing in England. Supersedes the 2005 edition. Any development registered after the 6th of April 2006 will be assessed using the EcoHomes 2006 version. Incorporates BRE's Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM). This document is no longer available from the original publisher, therefore the status is unconfirmed.
