Abstract
Sets out a commitment by the Welsh Assembly Government (on behalf of the National Assembly for Wales {NAW}), Assembly Sponsored Public Bodies (ASPBs) and the NHS in Wales to consider how surplus land, and other land being brought forward for development, can be utilised to help implement the Assembly Government’s objectives for the delivery of affordable housing and sustainable development.
