Abstract

For use where the building works are to be carried out in sections, by either private and local authority employees, and where provisions are required to cover named specialists. This 2005 edition has been based on the printing of the 1984 and 1998 editions incorporating all amendments and various corrections.

Replaces - IFC 98, and incorporates - Sectional Completion Supplement (SCS), and Fluctuations Supplement (FS). Amendment issued April 2007 in recognition of new CDM Regulations coming into effect.
