Abstract

For use where the building works are to be carried out in sections, by either private and local authority employees, and where provisions are required to cover named specialists. Also where the works are designed and the requirements for the contractors design of discrete parts are detailed by, or on behalf of, the employer, and where the contractor is required to design those parts of the work.

Replaces - IFC 98, and incorporates - Sectional Completion Supplement (SCS), and Fluctuations Supplement (FS). Amendment issued April 2007 in recognition of new CDM Regulations coming into effect.
