Householder development consents review - implementation of recommendations

Abstract
Explains the process by which an impact based approach to householder developments has been devised, tested and refined. The report proposes in detail a Householder Permitted Development Order (HPDO) to replace Parts 1 and 2 of the current General Permitted Development Order 1995 (GPDO).
