Abstract
Outlines changes made to Section 6 relating to carbon dioxide emission levels for new non-domestic buildings, thermal efficiency and work on existing buildings, backstop performance levels, accredited construction details, airtightness systems, heating systems, artificial lighting, mechanical ventilation and air conditioning, commissioning building services and written information, performance certificates and metering.
