Abstract

The WeberHaus Timber Frame Building System has been assessed to confirm, within limitations, its suitability as a prefabricated timber frame system for use in constructions up to three storeys high (plus a room in the roof) for single or multiple occupancy residential buildings with a variety of floor plans. Comprises a series of factory manufactured wall, floor and roof panels which are assembled on site to provide the finished loadbearing structure.
