Abstract

The ModernaHus precast concrete building system has been assessed to confirm, within limitations, its suitability as a prefabricated building system for use in construction for single and multiple occupancy residential buildings with a variety of floor plans where the top floor is not more than 18m above the ground. The maximum storey height assessed was 2.83m.
