Abstract
Explains how the requirements of the Building Regulations for conservation of fuel and power may be satisfied using aggregate concrete blocks. Gives information on the relevant regulations, showing various routes to compliance, and examples involving aggregate concrete block constructions. Aimed at designers, architects and builders who may be considering using masonry, and for enforcers of the regulations who are assessing applications.
