Abstract
Identifies which factory-made CEM II cements BCA member companies currently make. Summarises standardised specification of described and prescribed masonry mortars. Shows the equivalence of CEM II cements to traditional volume mix proportions for purposes of specification. Locates appropriate information for selection of mortar mixes based on CEM II in British Standards. Addresses whether these cements produce sulfate-resisting mortars.
