Abstract
Contains advice to local authorities on reporting progress in 2008 on the second local transport plan. The progress reports provide an opportunity for broad based reviews, enabling authorities not only to assess their progress on meeting their objectives and targets, but also to consider any opportunities or threats to the future effective delivery of the plans.
