Abstract
Provides design information relating to car parking, access routes to dwellings, entrances, circulation routes and lifts. Also covers electrical, sanitary, heating and ventilation services, windows, doors and related hardware, key rooms and spaces, WC, bathroom and kitchen and storage facilities. Explores the possibility of flexible and inclusive design to ensure housing can meet the changing needs of occupiers.
