Abstract
Looks at the Potters Fields Park Kiosks, located in London, by architect DSDHA for developer MoreLondon, part of a Foster + Partners masterplan. The larger kiosk is clad in burned wood, stands in the shadow of City Hall and houses three vents which bring up exhaust fumes from the City Hall's underground plant room, shelters a cherry picker used to clean the building's windows and includes a cashpoint, WC and cafe. The smaller kiosk replaces an ice-cream vendor who once occupied the site and will create a shop front exterior that will be able to accommodate three separate vendors and a seating area outside.
