Abstract
Provides advice on the range of initiatives being introduced by January 2009 to help improve the energy efficiency of our buildings and meet the UK's carbon emissions. It covers: Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for homes and buildings; display Certificates for public buildings; and inspections for air conditioning systems.
