Abstract

Relates to the Street works (inspection fees) (England) (amendment) regulations 2008, SI 2008/589, which increase the fee charged by street authorities, from £24 to £25, for the inspection of works carried out by undertakers (e.g. gas, water, electricity and telecommunication companies) in or under a street.
