Abstract

Relates to the Town and country planning (general permitted development) (amendment) (England) order 2008, SI 2008/675, which adds a new Part 40 to Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (“GPDO”). It grants planning permission for the installation of specified types of microgeneration equipment on or within the curtilage of dwellinghouses or flats subject to certain criteria.
