Abstract
Explains the purpose and reason why energy performance certificates (EPCs) have been introduced, details the information that will be displayed and which types of public buildings should display them, for those buildings which need them, indicates what to do next and who is responsible for and who can issue an EPC. Also considers cost, placement, updating and non-display.
