Abstract

Assesses the product’s suitability, within limitations, for use as a gas and moisture resistant membrane barrier for incorporation into the ground-supported, or suspended, concrete ground floor of a building to restrict the ingress of radon, methane and carbon dioxide in situations where there is a risk of contamination to the building’s internal environment. The product is a white-coated and laminated, reinforced low density polyethylene sheet membrane with an internal aluminium film.
