Abstract

The NHBC Standards give the technical requirements, performance standards and guidance for the design and construction of dwellings acceptable to NHBC. Included here: Chapter 7.1 Flat roofs and balconies and Chapter 7.2 Pitched roofs.

Document History

This document is part of a larger document, NHBC Standards 2008, which has been split into parts for ease of use. Chapter 7.1 has been completely revised for this edition. Chapter 7.2 has been revised to take account of amendments to BS 5250. Parts 3 and 10 are no longer allocated and do not appear in the volume. Came into effect 1 September 2008. Superseded by 2010 update from 1 April 2010.
