Abstract
Describes the use of and provides design guidance for externally bonded fibre reinforced polymer (FRP) for strengthening concrete and metallic highway bridges, on trunk roads including motorways. Covers flexural and shear strengthening of reinforced concrete bridge decks and suitable strengthening techniques.
