Abstract
Provides background as to why the Lifetime Homes standards are more rigorous than those in Part M of the Building Regulations, and charts the development of this specification. Explains the procedure for its use and its relationship to the Building Regulations. Summarises the sixteen criteria and compares them to the requirements of Part M.
