Abstract
Provides guidance and recommendations for sampling water and other related materials, to determine the presence of Legionella bacteria. Applies to both artificial and natural water systems and details suitable methods for sampling, including biofilms and sediments. Can be used for routine monitoring as well as for investigations during outbreaks.
