Abstract

SI 2009/261 sets out the offences and penalties for infringements of EC 842/2006, the legal requirements for companies, the qualifications needed by personnel working in 5 industrial sectors and leakage checking requirements for fluorinated greenhouse gases (F gases). Applicable to stationary refrigeration and air-conditioning, fire protection, mobile air-conditioning, high voltage switchgear and solvent cleaning sectors.
