Abstract

An amendment to Schedule 2A of the Building regulations 2000, listing categories of work covered by self-certification schemes and those who operate them. In particular, inclusion of Capita as the new body responsible for ensuring safety of gas installations and operational changes to the Electrical Contractors Association (ECA) who ran schemes under three companies it owned, but will now operate from one of these companies, EC Certification Limited.
