Abstract
Sets out what is required of regions wishing to apply for DfT funding to support their development work for "Delivering a Sustainable Transport System" (DaSTS). DfT is offering funding to regions to support both the development of regional work programmes and also work to generate packages of options to support the five DfT goals.
