Abstract
Outlines the policy and principles of decontamination in dental practices, and explains the essential quality and best practice requirements. Advises on how to meet these requirements, how to clean and sterilise instruments, and how to set up a decontamination area within the practice. Also provides information for technical and engineering staff.
