Abstract
The development designed by Murray O'Laoire architects comprises of 104 apartments, duplexes and penthouses together with 11 holiday houses and a crèche. The site was formerly part of a large estate with an avenue of lime trees and significant stands of oak. The development is split into six separate four-storey blocks, arranged to accommodate the trees.
