Provides construction professionals with general guidance on matters affecting their contracts with particular reference to the application and completion of the RIBA Agreements 2007. Could help clients to understand the professionals’ role and the responsibilities of each party to the Agreement. Outlines the provisions of the different agreements and components and discusses some project-specific issues with worked examples.
