Abstract
Sets out the requirements of BS 8500 and is intended to enable designers of all types of civil engineering structures to specify concrete effectively. Relates methods of specification. Tables address subjects including exposure classes and selected recommendations for normal-weight reinforced concrete quality for combined exposure classes and cover-to-reinforcement.
