Abstract

Introduces changes to the posters and leaflets displayed by businesses relating to health and safety matters, to reduce unproductive burdens placed upon them, but still allowing employees' access to information. Also allows continuing display of existing posters, if they are readable and provide up-to-date information for 5 years after the regulations come into operation.
