Abstract
Relates to the Environmental impact assessment (Scotland) amendment regulations 2009. SSI 2009/221, which makes consequential and transitional amendments, and otherwise updates the Environmental Impact Assessment (Scotland) Regulations 1999 (SSI 1991/1) as a result of the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006, and associated secondary legislation.
