Abstract
Seeks views on proposed amendments clarifying aspects of the spatial planning policy on development and flood risk. These amendments would affect the application of the policy to essential infrastructure, including water and sewage treatment works, emergency services facilities, bulk storage facilities, wind turbines and the identification of functional floodplains.
