Abstract

Details changes introduced by SI 2009/2397 concerning water, including an updated reference for the methodology calculating water efficiency in new dwellings, updating the types of work with water and descriptions of persons to the list of work exempt from advance notification requirements and a final amendment relating to time limits for prosecutions in regulation 22A since it has become redundant.
