Applies to the structural design of lattice towers and guyed masts, and the structural design of this type of structures supporting prismatic, cylindrical or other bluff elements.

To enable EN 1993-3-1:2006 to be used in Ireland the Nationally determined parameters will be published in a National Annex after public consultation has taken place. Corrigendum dated July 2009.
