Abstract

Provides the primary basis for decisions by the Infrastructure Planning Commission (IPC) on applications it receives for nationally significant fossil fuel electricity generating stations defined as coal-fired, gas-fired, integrated coal gasification combined cycle or oil-fired at over 50MW electricity generating capacity.
