Publication Year
2009
Document Status
Withdrawn
Abstract
Expands upon the Procedural Guidance (PINS 01/2009), which makes it clear that it is expected that new material not considered at application stage should not normally need to be considered at appeal, unless it is in direct response to the issues raised by the local planning authority’s decision.
Document History
Superseded by Procedural guide. Planning appeals - England (PINS, 2015); Procedural guide. Called-in planning applications - England; Procedural guide. Enforcement notice appeals - England; and Procedural guide. Certificate of lawful use or development appeals - England (all PINS, 2016). To be read with Procedural guidance - planning appeals and called-in planning applications (PINS 01/2009) (PINS, 2009).
