Abstract
Relates to the draft Town and country planning (fees for applications and deemed applications) (amendment) (England) regulations 2010, which provide for fees to be payable for the determination of applications to the local planning authority for a new planning permission to replace an existing permission for development that has not yet commenced and for a non-material change to an existing planning permission.
