Abstract
Relates to the draft Infrastructure Planning (Decisions) Regulations 2010, which prescribe a list of matters to which the relevant decision-maker (either the Infrastructure Planning Commission or the Secretary of State) must have regard when taking decisions on applications for nationally significant infrastructure projects.
