Abstract

Relates to the Town and country planning (fees for applications and deemed applications) (amendment) (England) regulations 2010, SI 2010/472, which provide for fees to be payable for the determination of applications to the local planning authority for a new planning permission to replace an existing permission for development that has not yet commenced and for a non-material change to an existing planning permission.
