The NHBC Standards give the technical requirements, performance standards and guidance for the design and construction of dwellings acceptable to NHBC. Included here: Chapter 5.1 Substructure and ground bearing floors, Chapter 5.2 Suspended ground floors, and Chapter 5.3 Drainage below ground.
