Abstract
Comprises letter to Chief Planning Officers at local authorities advising on the changes to the planning application process in England resulting from various statutory changes, chiefly in relation to: publicity for planning applications; information requirements on planning applications; and permitted development rights and directions restricting permitted development rights. Associated Statutory Instruments take forward a number of other changes to the planning application and appeals process, which have been consulted upon, but which are not directly related to the Killian Pretty Review.
