Abstract
Seeks views on a new policy document on the use of planning obligations, which is required in light of the introduction of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and reforms to planning obligations brought about by final CIL Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/948) which come into force on 6 April 2010. In the meantime, the policy in Circular 5/05 continues to apply.
