Abstract
Articles address how technology will shape clients’ expectations, investment patterns illustrating future development, decline in the industry’s expertise in designing low-carbon buildings, and the level of trust among clients after the Office of Fair Trading’s investigation into bid-rigging. Articles also examine how buildability innovation can be captured and exploited, barriers to effective environmental management, planning obstacles to building eco-homes, and attitudes of craft workers towards health and safety.
